NPRY Lantern, Red Globe

Metal, Glass This N.P.R.Y. Lantern is in very good condition. Appears unused. Marked Adlake Kero, USA Canada, 2-62. It has the original Red Globe. Stands 10 in. tall. The base measures 6 in. diameter.    


L&N Railroad Lantern

1925 L&N Railroad lantern. Made by the Armspear & Co.   


Syracuse Milkwaukee railroad serving bowl

Round vegetable bowl, decorated with oriental pheasant in flowering tree and blue trim simulating the Econo-Rim shape. This pattern was exclusively made for the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad (also known as the Milwaukee Road). Very good condition with light normal wear in bottom of bowl.   


Texaco Train Tank Car

This Texaco Tank car is grey with the Texaco emblem on the right side and "The Texas Company" on the left in black writing. The car is 16 1/2 inches in length and 7 1/4 inches tall. I also have listed a Mobilgas tank car.   


NYCS Lock and Key

Metal A lock I believe is from the New York Central System. Marked with NYCS Moon on the lock. The key has the number 43461 on one side. The other side is marked NYCS. I understand the term moon is for the key and is a bit out of the ordinary. Longer. The lock measures 3 x 3.5 in. I have tried the key and it works in the lock.    


1879: Dubuque & Sioux City Railroad Company. 36 shares

1879: 36 shares, issued to Mr. Charles T. Cathy. Signed by the Vice President of the Dubuque & Sioux City Railroad Company. Hole cancelled and Union Trus Co. cancellation very fine condition   


Mobilgas Tank Train Car

This Mobilgas Tank Car is grey with "Mobilgas" in the center in black writing and Red flying horses on each side of it. The car is 16 1/2 inches in length and 7 1/4 inches tall. I also have listed is a Texaco Tank car.   



A great stereoview image of the bent rails destroyed on the O & A RR, w soldier standing in background, reverse ink inscr "How Orange & Alexandria RR was destroyed when Confederates fell back before Army of Potomac under Gen Meade Oct 1863" Gray mount, exc. Circa 1890s w exc detail and super clarity of this noted Virginia Civil War railroad, from the original Civil War glassplate negatives.   


1863 Mississippi & Missouri Railroad Co. Stock Certificate

11 x 6 1/4, two sided, imprinted stock certificate, filled out in ink. Vignette of two Indians on horseback at bottom, and railroad bridge over river at the top. For 100 shares of one hundred dollars each in the Mississippi & Missouri Rail Road Company. Dated October 8, 1863. Signed by the Treasurer and Vice President of the company. 25 cents Internal Revenue tax stamp affixed at lower right corner, with another 25 cent tax stamp on the reverse. Punch hole cancellations. Light age toning and wear. Very fine.    


Rock Island Railroad LaSalle Bouillon Cup - Set of 6

This is a hard to find piece of railroad dining car china used by the Rock Island Railroad line. Best of all... there is a set of SIX bouillon cups in the LaSalle pattern with red monogram. Each cup is marked on the bottom "Albert Pick Co. Inc. Chicago Vitrified China".Condition of each cup is described from left to right:1)Tight one inch age line from top edge; a couple of manufacture blips - one bump in top red stripe (in front) & small indentation in the china; small black mark on bottom (looks like magic marker), makers mark is clear, condition looks relatively unused - shiny with few scratches.2)Again, shiny & appears little use; no cracks or chips;a small pattern blip in the top red stripe; one pattern break where the green pattern cuts off and doesnt meet the other side exactly in the right spot; makers mark clear; one small black mark on bottom.3) shiny and shows little use; makers mark clear; one small black mark on bottom; one smudge and black mark on the red stripe and on the red right below it; one small indentation in the china.4) shiny and appears little use; a couple of pattern misses; a small blip in the red stripe; makers mark clear.5) shiny and appears little use; a little glaze pooling at the foot; bleeding in the green scroll; makers mark clear; and6) makers mark present but a little lighter than the others; shiny and appears little use; a few small scratches on exterior; bleeding in the green scroll.Email if you desire additional pictures or need more description.
