Your Lego Cow jumping over the moon penny bank is valued between $5 to $25 if it were not missing the ear. I'm not sure you would be able to sale it in the condition it is in.
Lego pieces were produced in Japan and imported by the Lego Import company. Lego is an acronym for the companies president Leo Goldman who was based in New York. They were known for their distribution of bar ware and also their figurines. Does your have a stamp 1960? If so, that is when it was produced.
