PLEASE HELP

This is a 48" (without leaf) 16 point sun burst veneer table top with trim on underside" made from tiger oak. The base, legs(4) and feet (claw and ball) are tiger oak as well. It appears to be fastened by mortis and tenor. I was told it was 30s to 40s era. It has no markings but appears to read PL242DD in a red stamp on the inside of an octagon base. The feet are not very detailed but they fit nicely to the piece. If you could tell me anything I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you, Joseph
