PLEASE HELPWhile cleaning out our basement, I found a bunch of old lighters that belonged to my father-n-law. At first, my husband tossed it in the trash, but I retrieved it because it was so unique. After searching the web, I am unable to locate anything like it. What I found curious was the ad on the back of the lighter seems to be in French?
